Boos & Associates, a Professional Corporation, is a Certified Public Accountant and consulting firm that has been serving clients since its establishment in February 2004. The firm was founded by our Managing Director, Wayne Boos, who previously held the position of Tax Director at a Big 4 accounting firm and brings over 18 years of public accounting experience to the organization. All of our Directors are former personnel from Big 4 firms, and they have collaborated together for many years, bringing a wealth of expertise and continuity to our leadership team.
