Marsha Eslami – Human Resource Manager Marsha joined Boos & Associates in October 2007.  Her responsibilities include benefits, wage and salary administration, establishment , administration, and enforcement of all personnel policies, and new employee orientations.  Marsha has more than twenty years of administrative and human resource experience in the public accounting industry. She had worked for two Big 4 accounting firms since 1984 which included Deloitte and Touche from 1994 to 2007 and Ernst & Young for 10 years prior to that. Marsha’s work at Deloitte & Touche included, but was not limited to, HR, accounts receivable and accounts payable. Marsha has been a member of the National Notary Association for eighteen years and provides free notary services for our clients.
