Syliva Kim - Firm Director Sylvia has more than twenty years of public accounting and private industry experience. Sylvia has expertise in providing creative tax strategies and solutions to both privately owned and publicly held companies with domestic and international activities. She has significant experience with tax compliance and provision engagements for large global companies with complex federal, multi-states and international tax issues. She has recent SEC experience and has also provided taxation and planning services for closely held business owners and wealthy individuals.  After leaving Deloitte Tax LLP in 2004, she was Pelco’s Tax Manager for two years managing all domestic and foreign tax issues for the company as the head of the tax department. Sylvia studied accounting at California State University, Fresno and earned her Master in Taxation from Golden Gate University, San Francisco. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
